Short answer: you can't. The original question was somewhat private so I don't want to quote it directly, but essentially the gist was that the person wanted to be able to post something online that would be viewable only with an ever-changing super secret password and that the something would be impossible to copy and redistribute.
There are certainly ways to encrypt file access and have the password constantly change. I know people that have a little key chain that every few minutes (or maybe less) generates and displays a random multi-digit number. When you go to sign in, you type in the number currently displayed. Super high tech, eh? But I happen to know what this secret something is and perhaps this is not too cost effective an idea.
There are also ways to protect pdf's so they can't be printed or copied, but that doesn't prevent people from taking a screen shot.
Sticky wicket. You've got something, and you're itching to show it around, but are nervous about retribution from people named in said something. Sounds to me like you need a patsy.
